Stress Management Counselling facilitates increased resilience, understanding, and planning for dealing with the sources of stress in life – lifestyle, work, relationships, self-esteem, and illness. As stress management therapists, Kimberly and Marla understand and work with the links between mind, body, mood, and behavior.

Wellness Coaching is a growth-promoting relationship that provides clients with an opportunity to plan and improve their health in sustainable and cost effective ways. As Wellness Coaches, we focus on health, fitness, and the overall wellness of our clients. We help people to create an inspiring vision, and to set clear, realistic, and measurable goals so that progress can be monitored. We assist individuals to take charge of their health and well-being and often to go beyond what they imagined possible. Most importantly, as coaches, we help our clients to stay motivated and on track so that new health and wellness regimens become a way of life.
